Terms and Conditions:
All terms for booking In Full Bloom are listed below in our Wedding and Events Contract. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or need to make any changes to the specifications below.
In Full Bloom (hereafter may be referred to as “us” or “we”) reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of a force majeure (fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergencies), In Full Bloom’s liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid LESS the non-refundable deposit.
Correspondence:
To minimise errors pertaining to details of the event, you will be assigned with your personal corresponding florist to supervise your event. Avoid relaying any information to other In Full Bloom staff members, unless authorised by your corresponding florist, regarding your event as this may cause confusion to all parties involved.
Your main mode of contact will be via email. All phone calls, video calls and especially in-store consultations and meetings must be organised and confirmed by your florist beforehand by putting it through writing via email. Walking-in is NOT recommended. Your florist will confirm their availability for all forms of meetings.
Payment Terms:
Payments must be in cash, credit/debit card or direct bank transfers. Card transactions may incur bank fees. Please note that these are charges and fees by banking organisations and not by In Full Bloom.
Reserving the Date:
A deposit of 20% of the event proposal total is required to reserve our services for the date of the event. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance must be paid at least (4) FOUR WEEKS before the event date. The booking can only be considered secured after confirmation of deposit has been paid.
Our Commitment:
The initial consultation, completed proposal and up to 2 revisions are complimentary.
Additional consultations or revisions are available upon request, for an additional fee.
The proposal is designed to serve as a written agreement of the items, services, prices, dates, times and locations contracted.
Cancellations and Change of Details:
Due to the custom nature of event florals, if payment is not made in full by the date agreed upon, this contract is subject to cancelation and all payments are forfeited. Either party must make contract cancellation in writing.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to wedding date will receive a refund on monies paid, less the non-refundable 20% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date will receive no refund. We reserve the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of a force majeure (fire, natural disaster, tragedy, emergencies and/or conditions beyond control), our liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid, less the non-refundable 20% deposit.
Any changes in regards to the details of the event pertaining to date, time, theme, or anything that may result to changes from the final quotation must be discussed with In Full Bloom no less than (4) FOUR WEEKS prior to the event. Changes LESS THAN (4) FOUR WEEKS prior to the event date might incur extra charges and cannot be guaranteed to be accommodated by In Full Bloom.
You may make changes or adjustments no less than (4) FOUR WEEKS prior to the event date. If for some reason it is necessary to change your flower types/colours from the original order (after 4-week deadline) due to change of plans, a 25% fee of the quote may apply since we may already have a commitment with our suppliers to purchase the original flowers.
Substitutions:
We will do everything possible to prevent substitutions.
We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your event. In this event, the integrity of the proposed colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent or greater value will be used.
Delivery/Set Up:
If there is any set up required by In Full Bloom, it is your responsibility to provide us general information such as time, date, best person of contact, etc. We would also require you to provide our staff adequate parking space/s as necessary for the event set-up location(s).
In Full Bloom includes an added delivery and set up fee in the estimate/quote for the services being rendered for the date in question. This fee is to cover set up prior to, during or after the event and the pickup of rental items and disassembly of the decoration and rental items that are set up by the staff of In Full Bloom. We will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that may incur within the event location/s.
Delivery/set up fee is determined based on individual quotes and location areas. Any quote that does not include a delivery or set-up fee is classified as a pickup order and a specified time for pick up will be included on the final copy of the event proposal and contact.
In the event that you will not be available during flower delivery, you will be responsible for having a designated person meet the florist at the location of drop off. This is to ensure that all items are delivered and accounted for.
The persons delivering the flowers/items from In Full Bloom will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur if there is not a designated person or parking space/s to complete the delivery and set-up.
Photography and Videography:
In Full Bloom reserves the right to photograph arrangements before, during and after installations and set-up and use these images or videos for In Full Bloom’s promotional material use. Please reach out to your corresponding staff member if you wish to discuss this further.
Hire Items (if applicable):
The Client will be fully responsible for any hired items supplied by In Full Bloom. Hire or rental fees can only be paid via debit/credit card and will be charged separately if necessary. Please fill up credit/debit card form below if applicable.
Any loss and/or damages to the hired items will incur a charge equivalent to the item’s full retail value at the Client’s expense and will be charged via the valid credit/debit card.
The Client agrees not to use the hired items at locations or purposes different to its intended general designated purpose and specified suitability (such as indoor versus outdoor use).
Services Hold:
If you are unsure of your flowers, but want to book your date with us, please let us know. We can accept your deposit and confirm your event date until a consultation is booked and the proposal is finalised.
Exclusivity:
It is understood that In Full Bloom will act as the sole and exclusive florist for your event. By signing this contract, you agree that no other person or company, professional or otherwise, shall provide fresh or artificial floral products for your event location or event reception without the consent of In Full Bloom. This clause protects the image of In Full Bloom from the assumption that might occur from event attendees.
Some exceptions might apply; inquire with your corresponding In Full Bloom staff member for terms of the exception.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS THE ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN In Full Bloom AND
The Client. IT SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR AND SIMULTANEOUS AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
PARTIES.
